Return , Replacemet and Refund Policy?
Your complete shopping satisfaction is our first Priority. We want you to be
happy every time you let us serve you. However if due to some unforeseen
situation you are not happy with the product then the following terms apply for
a mutually consented resolution of the situation.
You acknowledge that these terms of returns and exchange are limited to direct
sale by us to you and that these terms of returns and exchange are not available
in case of a sale by third party and invoice which shall be governed by the
terms of such sale. We may accept returns for account credit only. For this
purpose we must receive the merchandise within 30 days from the
date it was delivered to you. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and
undamaged . Goods will be returned only if they are returned in their original
packaging. . Goods once sold can only be exchanged for replacement or a store
credit if they meet our terms and conditions. Since we keep limited inventory
and do not always have all sizes available and under such circumstances the
amount paid by you can be used by you whenever you shop with us next time. All
conditions applicable to return of goods shall also apply to exchange of goods.
To return an item, the customer must write to us at info@Sringaar.com, a prompt
response is assured to such mails.

If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that
you return it for a credit and purchase the new item separately. Our return and
exchange policy is however subject to the following:
(a) Items should be returned unused and with all tags still attached. Returns
that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the
customer. Please inform our customer care department in the event any

(b) Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards,
dust bags, and leather tags should be included with your return.
(c) Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
(f) Goods are faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are
damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If
you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please
be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size,
subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our
products that appear on the Site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot
guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.

If you have received a damaged item or if the item you received was not the item
you ordered or if it was misrepresented on our site, please contact us by email
within 24 hours of your receipt of the product. It is important that you save
all packing materials as well as the item itself. When you reach us, we'll give
you instructions on how to proceed so that we may replace the item as quickly as

If the original ordered item is no longer possible then we will request
you to choose an alternate item and express ship the same to you with no extra

If you have accepted your product once from courier service and if you
find any damage regarding products then you have complain us within one week of

The details of the products or product specifications (for instance weight,
color, handwork details, size, etc.) quoted with the product displays are only
fairly approximate values.

minor variations in color of the actual product because of the nature of fabric
dyes, weather at the time of dying and differences in display output due to

Beads and Sequences Missing or Coming Off:-
We believe that customers who are ordering items with sequence and other beaded
embroidery are aware of the fact that these shiny embellishments have a tendency
to come off. Even with the best of handling and care this cannot be avoided
altogether. Many a times during strict physical checking at the customs during
transit, more then usual sequences and beads come off. Many a times it may
happen that you open a box and find some pieces falling down on the floor. Or
